Corpus Central Purchasing is a corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors under the auspices of the Diocese of Covington. It is in service to the Catholic Church, but in the spirit of ecumenism also assists other denominations and social service agencies. The corporation operates on a non-profit status in the geographical area of Southwestern Ohio and the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.

The purpose of the organization is to facilitate the purchasing of quality merchandise at a reasonable cost by tax-exempt, non-profit agencies, schools, hospitals and institutions.

To accomplish this goal the corporation strives to research the cost of items and through group buying, supply its institutions the most cost-effective product.

Through good stewardship of funds the corporation will offer support services to all participating agencies, institutions and organizations.
